We offer various heat treatment processes such as tension annealing, solid solution treatment, and aging treatment. We can adjust tensile strength, hardness, straightness, and other properties to meet our customers' needs. Our in-house developed heat treatment equipment can also handle heat treatment of ultra-fine wires with a diameter of less than φ0.005mm. Additionally, we also provide heat treatment for nickel-titanium, enabling the production of superelastic nickel-titanium (shape memory alloys).
